Yes! During the booking process you can choose to pick up the car yourself at the Drive4joy hub where your car is located or have the car delivered to your home.

Although we have a fully digital service, we attach great importance to the personal feeling. If you book a car with us, a Drive4joy colleague will contact you to arrange delivery details. If you have any questions after this, please send us a message in the chat.

You register a credit card during the booking process. This must have sufficient spending capacity to cover the first month. We will check this when you make the booking. The actual monthly amount is only debited when you receive the car. For the following months, the monthly amount will be automatically debited from the registered card.

To book a car with us, you must be 25 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. You must show this to validate your booking. You don't need to bring anything special (apart from a smile and a good mood of course).
